Residents allege defects in legal claim against home builder Glenveagh and the LDA
Leading home builder Glenveagh is being sued by residents living in a new housing development in Hollystown, North Dublin over alleged defects. The claims are against the developer and the Land Development Agency (LDA), the State-sponsored affordable housing delivery body that worked with Glenveagh on the Wilkinsons Brook development. In autumn 2024, 57 two, three and four bed new homes were brought to market by the LDA and Fingal County Council under the local authority affordable purchase scheme.
