Deel allegedly behind payments to accused spy in what Rippling calls “smoking gun” evidence
The High Court became a central stage in the drama between two multi-billion-dollar, rival HR software giants earlier this year when Rippling made allegations of corporate espionage against a Dublin-based employee of the company. Keith O’Brien was accused of leaking Rippling’s secrets to its rival, Deel Inc. O’Brien allegedly smashed his phone with an axe and threw the piece away, after a High Court injunction to preserve evidence, sought by Rippling, was served to him.
