Magnier representative named in plan to redevelop Stephen’s Green Shopping Centre
New planning files submitted for the proposed modern redevelopment of the Stephen’s Green Shopping Centre point to the involvement of a key Magnier family representative in the iconic building. In the new planning application, the company that owns the centre, British Virgin Islands-registered DTDL Ltd, lists its directors as Ornulf Loebekken and Timothy Otway. As The Currency previously detailed, Otway, a long-time representative of JP McManus’s in many businesses, including the Adare Manor luxury hotel, also represents the Limerick businessman’s interest in the shopping centre.
