Aurivo, the farmers’ co-operative operating across the north-west, has issued High Court proceedings against the owners of the Creeslough site of the 2022 fatal explosion and multiple parties connected with the disaster and its aftermath. Patrick Donaghy & Co solicitors issued a plenary summons on Thursday on behalf of Aurivo, High Court records show.
